Flexible Financing
Standard Lease Program - For terms of 24, 26, 48, or 60 months requires one or two payments as security deposit, end of lease FMV/10% or 101 Purchase Option. Back to Top
60 Day Deferral - Florida National offers your company a 60 day deferral program in which you pay the security deposit with the documentation and then is not invoiced until
60 days after funding. End of lease FMV/10% or 101 purchase option. Funding source bills in arrears. This is actually a 90 day deferred payment plan. Back to Top
90 Day Deferral - (120Day Deferred Payment) The 90 Day Deferred Plan is extremely helpful for those customers acquiring equipment that does not generate income during the first 90 days. End of lease FMV/10% or 101 Purchase Option.

6 x $99 Program - A security deposit of $198.00 followed by six payments of $99.00 through remaining terms. End of lease FMV/10% or 101 Purchase Option. Back to Top
7 X $100 Program - A security deposit of $100.00 followed by six payments of $100.00 with remaining payments at determined rate factor. End of lease FMV/10% or 101 Purchase Option. Back to Top
$20 Security Deposit Program - You simply pay the $20.00 security deposit and payments are calculated using the determined factor. End of lease FMV/10% or 101 Purchase Option. Back to Top
Step-up/down Program - Gradually increase or decrease your lease payments as the cash flow generated by your equipment changes. Back to Top
0-3 Advance Payments - A lease usually requires at least two advance payments. We can usually work with you if you cannot meet this requirement. Back to Top
New Equipment Finance Agreement - We have recognized the need to offer a product that has the benefits of a loan but allows the flexibility of a least product. A lease with terms of 24, 36, 48, or 60 months would require one or two advance payments, end user maintains ownership - plain English finance documents. Back to Top
